Well, not really, it's usually in the closet. But it is a nice memory of a day at a Renaissance Faire with my favorite wench. Oil on gessoed watercolor paper, 18 x 24".
I make a modern version of the ancient Anasazi flute named the Anasazi Dream flute, as a response to my desire to produce a lovely-sounding instrument at an affordable price for the flutist wanting to explore the sound of the Anasazi scale. I am not a member of any Native American tribe, nor do I wish to mislead anyone into thinking that I represent what I do as anything other than creating modern versions of traditional instruments as a way of exploring musical scales and sound and making creative musical combinations.
